Correct Seated Posture Demo
- Sit fully back on the seat with your back against the chair back.
- Maintain the natural lumbar lordosis; place a small cushion behind your lower back if needed.
- Keep hips, knees, and ankles at roughly 90-110°, with both feet flat on the floor or a footrest.
- Keep the head and neck neutral and shoulders relaxed and lowered; hold for 30 seconds.
Adjusting your own posture before treatment is the foundation of all fine work.
